Brand, websiteand design systemfor developers in Georgia
One senior team takes the project from positioning to a live sales website — and stays on afterwards. 73 projects in five countries, 54+ awards.
Real estate is where we are strongest
Part of the team came out of property development, so we know how sales, floor plans and viewing scenarios actually work.

A website for a business centre in the Moscow business district. Two metaphors brought together in one project.

A family residential complex in a prime Dubai district. A space concept built around the film Interstellar.

Websites, graphic maps and property decks for an Israeli developer, adapted for a US audience.

A design concept and system for real-estate investment consulting. A 1C-Bitrix site built to grow into a platform.

A website concept for a UK co-living and build-to-rent developer: real people instead of renders, serif type and an investor layer that shows its figures.

A website for a private residence in the heart of Israel. One site for three audiences — Russian, English and Hebrew speaking.

A concept for a private residence in historic central Moscow: the merchant-era metaphor runs through the whole site.

Brand communication for the developer Samolet: the visual and verbal language of the project — from the first words to the first screens.

A redesign for a premium real-estate agency in Dubai: a design system, a 200+ listing catalogue and three languages.

A premium website for a private residence with apartment selection: layouts, floors and viewing scenarios — without the catalogue feel.
Projects in Batumi, Gonio, Kvariati and Vake have already come across our desk, so the local market, its buyers and its investors are familiar ground. See what we build for developers — unit selection, investor block, four languages.
Three things, one team
Most studios here do one of them. Handing a brand to one contractor and the site to another is where projects lose both money and meaning.
Where we sit on this market
Tbilisi has cheap web studios and it has large agencies. Between them there is very little — and that is exactly the gap we work in.
Companies that trusted us with this
Developers, retailers and B2B brands in Georgia, Israel, the UAE, the UK and Russia.

We work remotely with clients across the world, but if you are in Georgia, come for a coffee in central Tbilisi: we go through the task face to face, with no agency deck.
We start working before the contract
We study the site, find the weak spots and show a solution before you become a client. These are the materials you get by our first call.

We go through your site the way your buyer does, mark the places where the sale breaks, and show what we would change. Fifteen minutes on a call, notes within two business days, yours to keep.
74% of our clients come by referral
“Sharp and reliable people you can trust with complex projects.”
“Our American colleagues are happy with the visuals, and we keep getting compliments on every deck you made.”
“True professionals, easy to talk to and very responsive. Highly recommended.”
“A great team that builds business websites fast and to a high standard.”
“Trust and genuine pleasure in the work. Working with people like this makes you better at digital yourself.”
What it costs
Numbers up front, so nobody wastes a call. Fixed scope, fixed price, no invoices appearing halfway through.
What you are protected by
The things clients usually find out too late, written down before we start.
How we start

You describe the object and the sales plan — we say honestly whether we are the right team, what we would do first and what it costs. No agency deck, no pressure.
Questions we get before the first call
If something is missing here, ask it on the call — we answer straight.
Are you a web design agency in Tbilisi?
Yes — Prostor is a design and web agency working from Tbilisi in English and Russian. We build brands, sales websites and design systems, with real estate and B2B as our strongest niches. We meet clients in central Tbilisi or work fully remote.
Do you work with companies in Georgia?
Yes. We are based in Tbilisi and work with developers and B2B companies across Georgia — Tbilisi, Batumi, Gonio and Kvariati among them. Calls and documents are in English or Russian.
What does a website cost in Georgia?
A sales landing page starts at $2,500. A brand together with a website is usually $5,000–12,000, depending on the number of pages and how much research the project needs. A design retainer is $2,000–5,000 per month. The estimate is fixed before we start.
How long does a project take?
A landing page takes from three weeks. A brand together with a website takes from two months. You see finished work every week, so the timeline is visible from the first days.
Do you only build in Georgian or English?
We build multilingual sites — English, Russian and Georgian versions of the same site are a normal part of the scope. Our own team works in English and Russian; Georgian copy is written by a native speaker.
We already have a designer. Can you take only the build?
Yes. If the design exists, we take the build, the integrations and the launch. If a designer is missing for one stage, a monthly retainer usually works better than a project.
Who owns the site after launch?
You do. The code, the source files, the domain and every account stay with you. There is no lock-in to us as a hosting or support provider.
What if we are not ready to start?
Book the call anyway. We will go through the site as a buyer would and send you the teardown — the notes are yours whether or not we ever work together.
