What a website costs in Tbilisi

The short answer is from $3,000. Most projects land here. The number is fixed before we start and does not move mid-project. Below is what moves that number, so you can tell before the first call roughly where your project lands.

What moves the number

Five things decide the figure. None of them is “complexity” — that word is how vague estimates are built.

How much there is to design
A single sales page for one project and a site for a developer with five projects are different amounts of work. We count screens, not pages.
Whether a brand already exists
If there is a brand platform and an identity you are happy with, we build on it. If there is not, that work comes first, and it is the larger half.
A catalogue to choose from
Apartments by floor and view, or products by size and colour — a picker is a product, not a page. Filters, a plan, a map and a feed from your system each add weeks.
Languages
Georgian, English, Russian. Every language is one more set of texts to write and keep in step, not a switch in the corner.
The deadline
A normal timeline costs less than a compressed one. If a project has to be live by an exhibition, we add people, and that is paid work.

Three shapes a project usually takes

The same figures you see on the main Georgia page. One number in two places is trust; two different ones are a question on the call.

from $3,500
Sales page for one project
Structure, copy, design and build on our own code, with analytics and a lead form. Fits a single building that is already named and branded.
from 3 weeks
$5,000–12,000
Brand and website
Discovery, brand platform, identity, design and build, launch. The full path from meaning to a page that sells. This is what most developers need.
from 2 months
$1,500–3,700 / mo
Monthly design
A block of senior design hours each month instead of hiring in-house. Weekly reporting, pause any month, no notice period.

What the figure does not include

Said here rather than on the second call.

  • Domain and hosting — yours, a few dollars a month. We set them up and hand over the keys.
  • Photography and video of the building — we direct the shoot, the shoot itself is paid separately.
  • Advertising budget, if you run ads after launch.
  • Texts in a language none of us speaks — a native writer, hired for the project.

What the price comes with

The number is only worth something if it holds. These four lines are the same on every project we take.

Fixed scope and fixed price — no invoices appearing halfway through
You see finished work every week, not one reveal at the end
You own the code, the source files and every account we set up
The teardown before the contract is free and yours to keep

Questions we hear about money

How much does a website cost?

From $3,000. Most projects land between $5,000 and $12,000. The number depends on how much there is to design, whether a brand already exists and whether buyers need to pick a specific apartment.

Why is there no price per page?

Because a page is not the unit of work. One screen with a working apartment filter takes longer than ten pages of text. We count screens and features, and we tell you which ones we would cut to fit a budget.

Can the price change in the middle?

No. The scope and the number are fixed before we start. If you add something later, we price that separately and you decide.

What does it cost to keep running?

Hosting and the domain are a few dollars a month and stay in your name. Changes after launch are either a small hourly job or the monthly design block, whichever is cheaper for you.

Do you work with Georgian companies in Georgian?

We design and build in English and Russian. For Georgian texts we bring in a native writer for the project, because a buyer reads the language, not the layout.

Building in Tbilisi or Batumi? See what we build for developers, or read how a coastal project sells to buyers abroad.
