Websites that start with meaning

Before any visual work we dig for the idea and find a metaphor — the reason a site is remembered and returned to.

Prostor designs and builds websites on its own code stack: corporate sites, product sites and landing pages. We start with research and meaning, then structure, design and development on Next.js — server-rendered, with search markup and a layer for AI crawlers.

Check how AI sees your site

Paste the address — we read the page exactly like an AI crawler does and show what it can and cannot see. Free, right here.

What clients come with

01
The site looks like everyone else’s
The same words and the same blocks as the competition. Clients choose on price because nothing else stands out.
02
Beautiful, but it does not sell
Everyone inside the company likes the design, yet no enquiries arrive: the structure leads nowhere and the arguments hide near the footer.
03
Slow and invisible
The builder ships heavy pages, search does not understand the content, and AI answers never mention you.
04
Every edit goes through a vendor
Changing a price or adding a section means a ticket and a week of waiting instead of ten minutes.

What we do

Meaning and metaphor
We study the product and the market, put your difference into words and find an image that carries it.
Structure and prototypes
A map of sections and scenarios, so by the design stage it is clear what a person reads and in what order.
Design
Typography, rhythm and motion: an interface that looks expensive and never gets in the way of reading.
Development in code
Next.js and server rendering, speed on mobile, components that get reused in future sections.
Search and AI answers
Structured data, a markdown layer and llms.txt — so both search engines and language models can quote you.
Content management
Editing copy and sections without a developer, in a way that cannot break the layout.

Growth retainer
from $2,000/mo
Growing the site after launch: new sections, speed, monitoring.

The range depends on the number of pages and how interactive it gets. The estimate comes within one business day after the call.

EvgenyCMO, WTC
“True professionals, easy to talk to and very responsive. Highly recommended.”

When we are not the right fit

01
You need a site next week
In a week we cannot even understand the task properly. A fast launch means a builder, and that is a reasonable answer.
02
You need the old site moved as is
Copying page for page is a front-end job, not ours. We start from the question of why the site exists.
03
Every decision is already made
If structure, design and copy are approved and you only need hands, hiring a contractor directly is cheaper.

Questions

What does a website cost?

A landing page starts at $2,500. A corporate site with a complex structure and custom design runs $5,000–12,000. We give a range after the first call and a look at your current site.

What do you build on?

Next.js on our own stack: pages are served as ready HTML, so they load fast and are fully visible to search engines and AI crawlers. We do not use website builders.

Can we edit the content ourselves?

Yes. We hand over editable content and agree which blocks your team changes and which stay with us so the layout holds together.

How long does it take?

A landing page — from 3 weeks. A corporate site — from 2 months, research and copy included.

What about moving from the old site?

We migrate the content, keep the URLs and set up redirects so search positions stay where they are.
