1. Scope

This policy covers personal data you send us through the forms on this website and the data our hosting collects to keep the site running. The controller is an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia; the details are above.

By submitting a form you confirm that you have read this policy. If you would rather not, do not submit the form — you can reach us by email or messenger instead.

2. What we collect

• the name you enter in the form;
• the contact you leave for a reply — email, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp;
• the text of your enquiry, including anything else you choose to tell us;
• technical fields attached to the enquiry — the interface language and the page it was sent from;
• anonymous page-performance metrics (Vercel Speed Insights).

We do not collect special categories of data and never ask for identity documents, payment details or passwords. Please do not put them in the message field.

3. Why we process it

• to answer your enquiry and discuss the task;
• to prepare an estimate and a contract, and to run the project correspondence;
• to improve the website using anonymous performance statistics.

We do not send marketing newsletters without separate, explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

We process the data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and for the purposes of entering into and performing a contract to which you are a party.

5. Who else processes the data

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. The data passes through the services that technically run the website and our communication:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and performance metrics;
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the enquiry email;
• Telegram Messenger Inc. — delivery of the enquiry notification;
• Calendly LLC — call booking, if you use it.

6. Retention

We keep the data no longer than the purpose requires: correspondence about a project that did not start is kept for up to three years, documents for signed contracts for as long as the law requires. On your request we delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

• to learn what data about you we process;
• to have inaccurate data corrected, blocked or erased;
• to withdraw your consent at any time;
• to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. How to withdraw consent or delete your data

Write to info@prostor-agency.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. We delete the data and confirm it by email within 10 business days.

9. Security

Enquiries are accessible only to the people in the agency who need them for the work. Data sent through the site is protected by TLS. We do not disclose the content of enquiries to third parties without your consent, except where the law directly requires it.

10. Changes

This policy stays in force until it is replaced by a new version. The current version is always published on this page.
