Design and tech support on a monthly retainer

We can replace an in-house designer and keep your site supported — as a monthly retainer, with no hiring and no downtime.

Prostor takes on the steady flow of design tasks and the technical support of your site: layouts and banners, new sections, changes, updates, speed and monitoring. The format is a monthly retainer with a clear scope and response times.

What clients come with

01
The in-house designer left
Tasks pile up, hiring drags on, and the materials are needed this week.
02
Many small tasks
Banners, decks, campaign pages — trivial one by one, together they eat the whole week.
03
Nobody maintains the site
The vendor who built it disappeared, but updates and fixes are still needed.
04
Changes wait for weeks
Every edit means a new estimate and a new approval instead of a predictable flow of work.

What we do

Design retainer
Layouts, banners, decks and campaign pages in your brand language.
Site support
Fixes, updates, security and backups; we keep the thing running.
New sections and changes
We grow the site with the business — from a single page to a new section with an integration.
Speed and monitoring
We watch performance, errors and uptime, and fix things before a customer notices.
Design system
We extend the component set so new pages get built faster and stay consistent.
Reporting and planning
You can see where the hours went and what is queued for next month.

We will size your package in one call

Tell us what keeps piling up — we estimate the hours it eats and suggest a tier. If you do not need a retainer, we will say so.

What clients say

“Our American colleagues are happy with the visuals, and we keep getting compliments on every deck you made.”
ElizavetaCMO, Harey Zahav

When we are not the right fit

01
You need one layout a quarter
A retainer at that volume is bad value for you. We will take it as a one-off or recommend a freelancer.
02
You need a designer in the office
We work remotely and as a team. If you need someone at the next desk, that is a hire, not an agency.
03
Nobody owns the queue on your side
A task stream needs a person who sets priorities. Without one, the hours go into approvals.

Questions

What does support cost?

A retainer from $2,000 a month — a fixed pool of design and development hours. Larger pieces of work are quoted separately, before they start.

How fast do you respond?

Urgent breakages — the same working day. Planned tasks run through the queue with a weekly show-and-tell.

Will you work with someone else’s code?

Yes, if the code is available and maintainable. We start with an audit: we show the risks and say plainly what is cheaper to rewrite and what to keep.

Can we take design only?

Yes. The retainer is shaped around your flow — design only, support only, or both.

What if a month is quiet?

We discuss the unused hours: usually they go into speed, analytics and the small debts that have piled up.
