What does support cost?
Three tiers: Start — 30 hours for $1,500 a month, Optimal — 45 hours for $2,000, Max — 90 hours for $3,700. Unused hours roll over (up to 20% of the package); larger pieces of work are quoted separately, before they start.
How fast do you respond?
Urgent breakages — the same working day. Planned tasks run through the queue with a weekly show-and-tell.
Will you work with someone else’s code?
Yes, if the code is available and maintainable. We start with an audit: we show the risks and say plainly what is cheaper to rewrite and what to keep.
What about website support?
That is a separate service with the same retainer mechanics — monitoring, fixes and site growth. See the Website support page; both streams can live in one contract.
What if a month is quiet?
We discuss the unused hours: usually they go into speed, analytics and the small debts that have piled up.
