The task
The developer was bringing a premium private village to market with neither a coherent image nor a place that conveyed the level of the object. The existing page sold square metres rather than a way of living, and the enquiries it produced were random.
The approach
We started with positioning: we put the brand promise into words and translated it into a calm, expensive identity. On the website we bet on large frames, silence in the layout and a comfortable way to filter units by parameter. Every screen led to one action — request a private viewing.
The result
The cost per qualified enquiry fell by 32%, time on site grew by almost half, and the share of qualified leads reached 71%. The sales team started receiving prepared clients instead of a cold stream — the conversation now begins with a specific unit.
