How we work
Building a development? Naming and identity live together with the sales website — see websites for developers in Israel.
Questions we hear before the first call
How much does branding cost?
Identity projects start at $2,500 — strategy, mark, colour, typography and base guidelines. A full brand platform with research, naming and a design system runs $5,000–12,000. Brand plus website is quoted as one project and usually costs 15–20% less than ordering them separately.
Can you design an identity that works in Hebrew and English?
That is the normal brief here, and it is more than picking a second font. The mark has to keep its weight next to Hebrew letterforms, the type scale has to match across two alphabets, and the whole grid has to survive right-to-left setting. We design both versions together rather than adapting one into the other.
Do you do naming for residential developments?
Yes. A name for a development in Israel is checked three ways: how it reads in Hebrew, how it transliterates for a buyer abroad, and what it means to a Russian-speaking repatriate. We bring shortlists with the reasoning, not just a list of words.
How long does it take?
An identity — from four weeks. A full cycle with research and a design system — from two months. Adding a website extends the timeline by three to six weeks depending on scope.
Can you rebrand without changing the logo?
Yes, and it is often the right call: the mark stays and the system around it is rebuilt — colour, type, graphics and rules. Recognition survives, the brand stops looking dated.
