The task
This product didn't exist on the market before: buying real estate by the square meter, without a mortgage, through digital financial assets (a CFA-style instrument). The website had to explain the mechanism so that someone hearing about it for the first time could understand it. The personal account had to guide the buyer through their first purchase and show how to keep buying more square meters afterwards. Timeline: 2 months.
The approach
We designed the website and the personal account from scratch. The homepage states the idea in plain language straight away — "buy apartments the new way: easier, faster, cheaper" — shifting the focus from money to the buyer's own decisions. In the account, we built a counter of accumulated square meters and a clear next step for buying another share.
The result
A website that introduces a market-new way to buy property through plain language and a simple visual metaphor (a key, square meters, a progress scale), plus a personal account that walks the user from their first purchase toward owning a full apartment over time.
