Task
Kaplankaya is a premium resort development in Turkey, part of a real-estate developer's portfolio. The brief called for a landing page with a well-thought-out, selling structure that highlights the project's main USP, immerses the user through metaphor and engaging mechanics, and ultimately drives a consultation request. Adapting the page for an English-speaking audience was a specific requirement.
Approach
The narrative is built on the history of the place: the copy draws on millennia of history along the Aegean coast — Greeks, Romans and Ottomans who left their mark there — and invites visitors to leave their own. The site has sections for "About the project," "History," "Infrastructure" and "Residence" with an operator selector, an accent typeface for headers to underline the atmosphere, and a language switcher for the English version. The site was built and launched on Tilda.
