The task
Chuvé had no website, no legacy and no "the way we are used to". A rare case: a store designed from a clean slate. That freedom is also a trap. Without a firm structure at the start, a store quickly grows random pages, and a year later it is easier to rebuild than to develop.
The idea
We started with structure, not mockups: a map of the platform, the buyer's path from first visit to repeat purchase, and the key interaction points, catalogue, product page, cart, checkout, account. Only then design: every page drawn in a single system the store can grow within, without redrawing.
What we did
Platform structure. The map of sections and purchase scenarios before the first pixel of design.
Interaction points. Catalogue, filters, product page, cart and checkout designed as one route.
Every page designed. A complete set of layouts in one system, from the home page to emails.
A base for development. Structure and design handed over as working documentation for the launch.
Results
- the brand has a complete store project ready for development
- the structure holds a growing assortment without rebuilding
- every page speaks one visual language from day one
