The task
ALL4YOU is a multi-brand boutique of Italian luxury inside Galleria Luxury — the local equivalent of a flagship department store. The offline business worked; there was no online one. The hard part was never the “buy” button, which any template gives you. The hard part was making sure the online store did not lower the level of the boutique and did not read as one more discount window.
The idea
We built an e-commerce where the catalogue is not the main screen but part of an editorial. Product pages carry lookbooks with the option to buy the entire look in one button. The journal writes about brands and style, and those pieces convert into purchases. A loyalty programme with bonus cards, points and cashback works on return visits. Four integrations were wired in: the inventory system for products and orders, and three delivery services.
What we did
UX and catalogue. Filters by brand, category, size and article number. Search that understands requests like “black midi dress”.
Lookbooks and journal. Editorial presentation: you look at an outfit and add every item at once, or one at a time.
Loyalty programme. Bonus cards, point accrual, cashback.
Four integrations. Inventory and three delivery services — the manager never retypes the same data twice.
Customer account. Order history, favourites, delivery statuses, point balance.
Results
- 4 — integrations out of the box
- 1 click — buying a whole look
- 81% — return with the loyalty programme
