# Website support: updates, speed and peace of mind

We take websites into ongoing care — ours or inherited: monitoring, fixes, changes and growth on a monthly retainer.

Prostor takes on the ongoing care of your website: monitoring and backups, fixes and updates, new sections, speed and security. We work with our own code and inherited projects — WordPress, Tilda and custom builds. The format is a monthly retainer with clear response times; it is the same retainer as our design support, so the hours can go into design as well as code.

## What clients come with

- **The vendor disappeared** — The site runs, but nobody can update it: access is scattered and there is no documentation.
- **The site is slow and unstable** — Speed eats conversion and rankings, and nobody is looking for the cause.
- **Fixes pile up for months** — Every change means finding a contractor, an estimate and waiting — instead of a flow.
- **Afraid to touch it** — Updates get postponed because something breaks after every one.

## What we do

- **Monitoring and uptime** — We watch errors, speed and availability, and fix things before a customer notices.
- **Backups and security** — Scheduled backups, updates and spam protection for the forms.
- **Fixes and content** — Copy, banners, campaigns and pages — a queue with a weekly cycle.
- **New sections and integrations** — We grow the site with the business — from a page to a CRM connection.
- **Speed** — We speed up loading and keep Core Web Vitals in the green.
- **Reporting and planning** — You can see where the hours went and what is queued for next month.

## How we work

1. **Audit** — We review the code, hosting, speed and errors, and list the debt and the risks.
2. **Access and backups** — We take over access and set up backups and the environment.
3. **Monitoring** — We connect error and speed tracking and agree response times.
4. **Flow** — We run the task queue and show the finished work every week.
5. **Growth** — Every quarter we check against your goals and propose what to change next.

Timofey runs the area — code, updates and stability. Alexander joins for design fixes, Natali keeps the queue and the deadlines, Ruslan oversees quality as art director.

## Questions

### What does support cost?

Three tiers: Start — 30 hours for $1,500 a month, Optimal — 45 hours for $2,000, Max — 90 hours for $3,700. One-off tasks from $250 with an estimate.

### Will you take a site built by someone else?

Yes. We start with an audit: we show the risks and say plainly what is cheaper to rewrite and what to keep.

### Which platforms do you support?

WordPress, Tilda and custom builds. The one condition is access to the code and the hosting.

### How fast do you respond?

Urgent breakages — the same working day. Planned tasks run through the queue with a weekly show-and-tell.

### How is this different from design support?

It is the same retainer: the hours are shaped around your flow — code only, design only, or both. If design tasks dominate, see the design support page.
