## The task

WeWall works in commercial property across four business lines: finding space, brokerage, working with developers, and fit-out — WeWall Construction. Each has its own audience and its own conversation with a client, yet all four live on one site and have to read as a single company.

That framed the problem. Building four separate landing pages means ending up with four websites under one logo. Building one universal template means erasing the difference between the lines, which is exactly what a client cares about.

## The approach

We started with the design system rather than with pages: rebuilt it completely and used it to lay out more than seventeen pages. The business lines share a frame and differ in the order of their argument.

Fit-out shows this best. A service catalogue does not work there: someone who does not think fit-out matters will not compare line items on a price list. So the section opens with why fit-out matters, then the fit-out guide, then who it is for, the types of fit-out and the stages of work. Explanation first, offer second — the reverse of the usual order, and deliberate.

Property pages work the other way round. There a buyer needs facts, so the gallery, the rental rates and the current offers with prices come first.

## What we did

Design system. A full rebuild of the company's system: components, typography, grids, the presentation of numbers and analytics. New pages assemble from it instead of being drawn again.

17+ pages. Four business lines — property search, WeWall Broker, WeWall Developer, WeWall Construction — plus the property pages.

The fit-out section. Why fit-out matters, the guide, who it is for, types of fit-out, stages of work.

Property pages. Project gallery, specifications, rental rates, current offers.

1C-Bitrix build. The client's own stack, so the site lives inside their infrastructure rather than beside it.

Print. The WeWall journal for investment and business, business cards and market analytics reports, all in the same system as the site.

## The result

- the design system holds four business lines together as one company
- new pages and properties assemble from ready components
- the visual language carries from web into print without being reinvented
- the project was recognised on Dprofile
