## The brief

Rem House builds and renovates premium villas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Good renovation shows at once: nothing extra, everything in its place, air in the room. The website had to work the same way. Calm and premium, without the ornaments people usually use to explain the word "premium".

## Content in focus

We made content the main thing on the page. Large photos catch the eye first, while refined small type adds finesse and underlines the company's level. Like in a good interior: the main thing is obvious, the details are read later.

## Air with a purpose: grid and space

We chose a light, clear grid so the content never overloads the page. Empty space is used on purpose: it is not empty, it carries meaning. It gives the page room to breathe and sets the accents, so the design stays clean and easy to use.

## The arguments on one screen

A dedicated screen, "Perfectionists who get recommended", gathers the essentials: a fixed estimate with no hidden costs, constant communication, an in-house factory for built-in furniture and control of every stage. Next to it are blocks for partners, reviews and questions.

## The result

The design reads as premium at first glance and shows the business honestly. That is exactly what Rem House needed for its Dubai audience. The company promises a renovation without stress or trouble, so a website that does not stress anyone fits well.
