## The task

Across the group, the daily picture was assembled by hand: exports, spreadsheets, slides for meetings. By the time the data reached leadership it was already stale. The company needed a tool where the state of the business is visible immediately, per division and for the group as a whole. We do not name the client: the project is under NDA.

## The approach

A dashboard is not charts, it is answers. We started from the questions executives actually ask in meetings and designed the screens backwards from them: what is happening with money, what is happening with people, where plan and actual diverge. Each screen answers a specific question instead of showing everything at once.

## What we did

Finance. Indicators by division and for the group: dynamics, structure, deviations.

HR. The state of the team across divisions in one picture.

Plan versus actual. Divergences visible immediately, without manual reconciliation.

A dashboard design system. Shared rules for cards, charts and tables, so new screens assemble from ready blocks.

## The result

- the group picture is available at once, not by the meeting
- divisions compare in the same coordinates
- new dashboards are added by the system
