## Task

Harey Zahav is a developer that has been building private houses and garden apartments in Judea, Samaria and southern Israel since 2007. The company's materials are addressed to buyers from the US: they choose a home and a community from the other hemisphere, and much of the decision is shaped by what the developer shows them.

That means a constant flow of design work: project presentations, brochures, slides for meetings, posts. A one-off project would not cover it. We agreed on a design-support format: the Prostor team works with the developer as an external design department — for two and a half years now.

## Approach

The constant across all materials is the Harey Zahav logo: a golden line of hills above a navy wordmark. We laid the mark out as a construction scheme and carried it onto brand pieces — a flag, an illuminated sign, car livery, a key.

Everything else is chosen per project: each one has its own character, its own photography of the place and its own palette. Yeruham is sand and a desert sunset, Karnei Shomron is the green of the village, the brochure for US buyers is blue and white.

The materials speak to an American audience in its own language — literally in English and in substance. They explain not just the floor area but the place: what the community is, how far Jerusalem and the centre of the country are, how family life works after moving to Israel.

## What we did

**Brand carriers.** The construction scheme of the mark and the logo on a flag, an illuminated sign, a car and a key.

**Project presentations.** Over 50 presentations for the developer's projects so far, among them Karnei Shomron and Yeruham: photography of the place, maps, facts about the village and the community.

**A brochure for US buyers.** "Where Jewish history becomes your family's future" — a sheet about buying a home in Israel as part of an Aliyah plan: communities with English-speaking families, a house with a garden 20–30 minutes from Modi'in, Kfar Saba and Netanya, the company's largest project, Leshem, at around 700 homes.

**A company slide.** "About Harey Zahav" with the developer's numbers: founded in 2007, 25 projects, 6,000 housing units, 2,000 delivered to customers, 1,000+ under construction, 3,000 in planning.

**The Yeruham project.** A presentation with a "Where is Yeruham?" map and an "Experience Yeruham" spread: desert camping and the Negev night sky, the Duda'im heritage centre, the man-made Yeruham forest.

**Communication.** The posts "Your yishuv ha'aretz starts here" and "Houses with gardens in Judea & Samaria", and the slide "Together we rise, stronger than ever. Israel is our home".

**The Karnei Shomron website.** The village website for the same client is a [separate case](/cases/karnei-shomron).

## Result

More than 50 presentations in two and a half years — and a logo that reads the same on any carrier, from a flag to a post. New materials ship as routine work, without launching a separate project for each task.

The partnership continues — which is the point of design support: not a project with a delivery date, but a design department the client always has at hand.
