## The task

Elite Merit is a Dubai real estate agency working with premium property. The brief was a redesign aimed at turning the site from a simple presentation page into a scalable premium digital product. It mattered to create a clear structure for a large volume of properties and to lay a foundation for the project's further growth.

Our position here: a premium property catalogue is never static — listings are added, change status and leave the market, and a presentation page cannot keep up with that by construction rather than by volume.

## The solution

We built a scalable design system and restructured the product logic: convenient navigation, a system of curated property collections and a visual language that combines premium aesthetics with clarity and usability. That produced a platform ready for long-term development.

The visual code comes from the category itself: a deep navy and a sandy gold, a laurel wreath with stars in the mark, a serif for the accents. There are no dense offers and no red badges on the page: we chose to carry the premium through calm rather than ornament.

The key product decision is collections instead of one catalogue. Properties are grouped by investment sense: exclusive listings, ready to move in, off-plan deals, mortgage-friendly, marina panorama. Each collection carries its count, so the volume is visible before any filter is opened.

## What we did

**Design system.** A flexible component system: new properties and sections arrive by template rather than as separate layout.

**Home page.** A first screen inviting the visitor to invest in Dubai's most lucrative properties, with search built in. Below it, the agency's four lines of work: buying assistance, property sales and marketing, investment advisory, property management.

**Collections.** "Handpicked for real, measurable returns" — tiles with property counts by deal type.

**Catalogue and filters.** A listing with filters by location, property type, price range, features and status, plus sorts: below market price, VOT — vacant on transfer, price reduced, branded residences, off-market.

**Map.** A map view with property cards laid over it — 240 properties found in the listing.

**Trust.** A block with the agency's figures and the languages the team works in, a CEO signature under a statement about exclusivity, strategy and global trust, and a section on the developers — DAMAC, EMAAR, NAKHEEL — carrying RERA and licensed-brokerage marks.

**Off-plan.** A separate feed of curated properties under construction, with launch dates.

**Mobile.** Collections, cards and the map on a phone.

**Groundwork for an Arabic version.** A second language version was built into the structure at the planning stage; it was not designed in this phase.

## The result

The site stopped being a presentation and became a catalogue with product logic: the collections explain why a property is worth looking at, the filters get you to a specific one, and the map shows where it is.
